Responsible Party for the Information.

Highbury Energy Services, Sociedad Anónima de Capital Variable, hereinafter referred to as “Highbury,” with address at Avenida Paseo de la Reforma number 250, 8th floor, Suite 800; Juárez neighborhood, Cuauhtémoc borough, Postal Code 06600, in Mexico City, based on the provisions of articles 15, 16, 17, and 36 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals and its regulations, hereinafter the “Law,” is responsible for the processing of the information provided voluntarily and for collecting your Personal Data, whether in physical or electronic format, as well as for the use given to them and their protection.

Purpose of the Information.

The information and Personal Data concerning an identified or identifiable individual (“Data Subject”) obtained by “Highbury” will be processed for the following purposes: i) To verify the identity of the “Data Subject,” i.e., the natural or legal person to whom the Personal Data correspond and the accuracy of the information provided, including references; ii) To provide efficient service and improve customer care for the “Data Subject,” as well as enhance their experience in using certain products and/or services; iii) To provide information about the processes, terms, conditions, and deadlines established for the development and structure of projects, preparation and formalization of service provision contracts, acquisitions, leases, and execution of works, in accordance with the regulations governing “Highbury”; iv) To provide the goods and services requested by the “Data Subject” and inform them of any changes, as well as evaluate the quality of the service provided; v) To provide new and commercial information about our products; vi) To improve the commercial and marketing process; vii) To comply with laws and internal regulations (protocols).

Personal Data Subject to Processing.

The Personal Data provided by the “Data Subject” to “Highbury” and subject to processing are: i) Name(s) and surname(s) or corporate name; ii) Proof of address; iii) Taxpayer Identification Number (RFC); iv) Telephone number or cell phone number; v) Articles of incorporation in the case of legal entities and v) Legal representative’s identity; vi) Data related to compliance with tax and social security obligations.

The processing of Personal Data will be subject to the consent of the “Data Subject” and will be protected with the highest level of security and confidentiality through administrative, technical, and physical security measures to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access, use, or processing.

Sensitive Personal Data.

“Highbury” will not request and the “Data Subject” will not provide any Sensitive Personal Data at any time, meaning those intimate Personal Data whose misuse could lead to discrimination or pose a serious risk to the “Data Subject.”

Sensitive Personal Data refers to those that affect the most intimate sphere of the data subject or whose misuse could lead to discrimination or pose a serious risk to the data subject. In particular, sensitive data includes information revealing aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, current and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, trade union affiliation, political opinions, and sexual preferences.

Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition.

In order to comply with this Privacy Notice and process the “Data Subject’s” Personal Data, “Highbury” may deliver all or part of the Personal Data to third parties, who may be individuals or legal entities, national and/or foreign, subsidiary or affiliated companies of “Highbury,” as well as suppliers of goods or services that require this information, including information storage servers, who will be contractually obliged to maintain the confidentiality
